Of these,  <strong>Artificial Intelligence trends<\/strong> will be among the most significant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The growing need to automate business processes\nto ensure the sustainability of operations and maximize profitability, along\nwith the digitization, <strong>has increased\ntechnological investment in solutions based on <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/decidesoluciones.es\/en\/tailor-made-artificial-intelligence\/\">Artificial Intelligence<\/a><\/strong><strong> and <a href=\"https:\/\/decidesoluciones.es\/en\/advanced-analytics\/\">Advanced Analytics<\/a><\/strong>. Artificial Intelligence has\nassumed a leading role in sectors such as banking, insurance, transport,\nretail, health, energy and tourism. There is no sector that has not joined the\nAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gartner points out as <strong>Artificial Intelligence trends <\/strong>that will be key during the year: <strong>self-driving cars, virtual agents, text analysis and  NLP, robotics and biometric technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Self-driving cars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading companies such as Amazon, Apple,\nGoogle, Volkswagen, Renault or Toyota are working and investing in autonomous\nvehicles. These cars are <strong>capable of\ncirculating autonomously by incorporating sensors and Artificial Intelligence\nsystems<\/strong>. A fully autonomous vehicle could greatly reduce the costs for\nlogistics companies. For example, they could make journeys 24 hours a day,\nwithout hours of rest and breaks established for drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, <strong>six\nlevels of self-driving cars have been created based on their degree of\nautomation.<\/strong> Going from level 0, vehicles that have no built-in automation\nsystem; up to level 5, fully autonomous cars that can circulate independently\nof context and external conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although only level 2 autonomous cars (with\ntemporary autopilot or full assisted parking) are available for sale, level 3\nand 4 prototypes already exist, but are still being tested. An example is <a href=\"https:\/\/waymo.com\/\">Waymo<\/a> from Google, which tests self-driving cars\nin some U.S. states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level 5 is still an objective to be achieved,\nthat is why the big automobile and technological companies will continue\nworking on this Artificial Intelligence application in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Virtual agents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/decidesoluciones.es\/en\/technological-solutions\/virtual-agent\/\">Virtual\nAgents<\/a> are a <strong>new customer\nrelationship channel<\/strong> thanks to their ability to automate the conversation\nprocess. The sustainability of companies depends on\nensuring increasingly demanding service levels and ensuring the profitability\nof operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applying intelligent tools to different\nbusiness processes helps <strong>quantify the\neffect of future decisions knowing what will happen and why<\/strong>.
