In addition, the company\npredicts that \u201cCIOs will automate 10% of their IT tasks and look to upskill\neveryone\u201d, \u201cAdvanced firms will double their data strategy budget\u201d, and \u201cPrivacy\nclass-action lawsuits will increase by 300%\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hyperautomation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gartner analysts describe this concept as the result of &#8220;the\ncombination of machine learning, packaging software and automation tools to\nbring agility to work processes\u201d. Robotic Processes Automation (RPA), is not equivalent\nto hyperautomatization, because it requires a combination of tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Multiexperience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point, Gartner talks about the change in the user experience (how\nusers see the digital world and how they interact with it) until 2028. Virtual\nreality, augmented reality and mixed reality are transforming the way people perceive\nthe digital world and creating a multisensory, multimodal experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Democratization <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The democratization of data and data analysis, the democratization of\ndevelopment (with the rise of artificial intelligence tools to take advantage\nof tailor-made applications), the democratization of design and the\ndemocratization of knowledge (access to technical tools and systems by\nnon-technical users).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Human Augmentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Technology can improve human capabilities, for example through the\ndeployment of chips or devices that enhance physical functionality. Cognitive\nskills can also be improved through enhanced access to information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transparency and Traceability <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Transparency and traceability of attitudes, actions, technologies and\npractices, to tackle regulatory requirements, preserve an ethical approach to\nthe use of artificial intelligence (AI) and other advanced technologies. Consumers\nare increasingly realizing the value of their personal information and\ndemanding control over how organizations manage and use this data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Empowered Edge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Gartner, edge computing will become a dominant factor in all\nindustries and use cases. Complex edge devices (including robots, drones,\nautonomous vehicles and operating systems) will accelerate this change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Distributed Cloud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Distributed cloud is the distribution of public services in the cloud\nacross different locations. The public cloud provider of origin assumes\nresponsibility for the operation, governance, updates, and evolution of\nservices. This\nrepresents a great change into a new era of cloud computing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autonomous Things<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Robots, drones, autonomous vehicles and other devices based on artificial\nintelligence can do tasks previously limited to humans. According to Gartner, as technological capacity improves, regulation\nallows, and social acceptance grows, autonomous things will increasingly apply\nin uncontrolled public spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Practical Blockchain<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Gartner, Blockchain could remodel entire industries and\nimprove the trust and transparency of business ecosystems, while reducing costs\nand optimizing cash flow.\nIt can be used in areas such\nas asset tracking or identity management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AI Security <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gartner expects attacks to increase with the rise of IoT, cloud computing, microservices and highly connected systems in intelligent spaces.
