Ukraine is living a terrible situation that we thought impossible to happen in Europe in the 21st century. That’s why we have created the #ITforUkraine<\/strong> initiative where we hope IT companies will donate 1% of their 2021 turnover to help the Ukrainian people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

According to the UN, more than one million Ukrainian families have fled the Russian invasion and have spread to different countries in Europe, mainly Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. For these families who have left behind their homes and their country of residence, humanitarian aid is their only means of subsistence. Many have also decided to remain in Ukraine or have not had the option of reaching bordering countries, so humanitarian aid is also being delivered to the various towns and villages in the country. This aid to families and people affected by the conflict focuses on providing necessities such as water and food, providing shelter, and offering services such as psychological care, health care, and child protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We at decide4AI wanted to help the Ukrainian people with a financial donation. Between the company and its employees, we have managed to raise more than 1% of our turnover for 2021<\/strong>, an amount that we have donated to UNHCR<\/a> and the Red Cross<\/a>, two organisations we trust the most so that our aid has the greatest possible impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we don’t want to stop there…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s why we encourage other IT consulting companies and software companies to do the same<\/strong>, donate 1% of their 2021 revenues (\u2260 profit) to certified NGOs to help the Ukrainian people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
