In order to optimize the weekly planning of freight transport between warehouses and stores, a solution that distributes and schedules shipment planning was developed, establishing delivery schedules according to purchase orders.

The solution provided was able to plan distribution from 16 warehouses to stores in 4 different countries, minimizing execution times and costs.
