At DECIDE, we continue to evolve to strengthen our organisational structure and establish ourselves as leaders in technology consulting. As part of our growth and optimisation strategy, Daniel Herrero takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The appointment of Daniel Herrero, who previously led the AI department, represents a significant reinforcement for DECIDE’s leadership team. With extensive experience in operations management and business strategy, his role will be key in overseeing operations, optimising processes, and enhancing organisational efficiency.
According to Arjen Heeres, CEO of DECIDE, “Daniel Herrero’s appointment as COO is a key step in our growth and consolidation strategy. His experience and vision will help us improve operational efficiency and drive innovation across the company.”

“It is an honour to take on the challenge of leading DECIDE’s operations at such a pivotal time for the company. My goal is to foster collaboration between teams, optimise processes, and continue supporting businesses in their digital transformation through innovative and high-impact solutions.”

New Business & Technology Consulting (BTC) Department
As part of our ongoing commitment to optimisation and continuous improvement, DECIDE has established the Business & Technology Consulting (BTC) Department. The purpose of this new division is to ensure that our technological solutions are strategically aligned with our clients’ business needs.
The BTC, led by Rubén Sánchez Delgado, will consist of 12 consultants specialising in various technologies. Its mission is to analyse and transform our clients’ strategic and operational processes, helping them identify opportunities for improvement, optimise their operations, and drive their growth.
With these changes, at DECIDE we continue to strengthen our position as a benchmark in technology consulting. Our ability to integrate Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Hybrid Architectures has enabled us to expand to more than 10 countries, with a team of 150 expert consultants. Over the past year, our growth has exceeded 30%, reflecting the value and trust we generate among our clients.
Additionally, in 2024, we reinforced our growth strategy with the creation of our Advisory Board, comprising Diego Segre, David Millán, and Silvia Milián—renowned experts who will provide strategic insight to support our development and international expansion.
